It can be easy to forget about the wealth of food that grows all around us. Come out and learn about edible plants that call our region home in this Village Vancouver workshop. Lori Snyder from the Metis Nation will discuss how to identify and harvest wild, edible, and medicinal plants in an ethical way. Please dress appropriately for the weather. A seed library will be present – you can get some free seeds for your garden or swap or donate some seeds. (Please come a little early.) For further information: Ross Moster at ross@villagevancouver.ca, or visit http://www.villagevancouver.ca. This is a free program
Reg: #48365 WECC 604.257.8333 or online or in person.
Don’t worry if it says there’s a wait list. (More slots are expected to be added.)
